Location is dirty, scent of urine upon entry to the bank. Bank has very limited hours(sat 10-12!!!!) so as a customer you shouldn't expect any access to your accounts besides mobile banking. "Staffing issues" are not the customers responsibility.

They are closing a LOT of WF branches now. I have been to this branch every 2 weeks for about 3-4 months now. EVERY time I come inside, there is a line of 8-10 people. WHY haven't they gotten more tellers now that other branches have closed? Average wait time is 15-20+ minutes and it's a freaking JOKE here!!

I've been coming here for many years and this Bank on particular always has not only tellers but bankers willing to help you, some of them are Elizabeth, Crystal & the branch manager Janete always willing to go above and beyond to get the help you require.I've gone to many other banks and this one is by far without a doubt the best one.

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo since it took over 1st Interstate. The Vista branch located on Santa Fe Ave., is the absolute worse when it comes to customer service, they have no consideration for the customers time. Also it is very difficult to get an appointment with a banking officer, their response is that the bank officers are busy and not available at this time. It is my opinion that they do not value their customers business, I believe it is time to move to a bank who cares about and values customers.

Wells Fargo is the WORST BANK EVER! They reel You in saying they will give you $200 to open an account... and WILL NOT PAY YOU!!! It is a battle that you can not win! Do not let them lie to you!!! Stay away!

Somehow someone in Vista a place I've never been to In My Life at this particular branch stole all the money I had on my EBT card. Now me and my kids are going to be homeless in the cold.Unfortunately Wells Fargo could not help me get the money back even though it was taken at their Bank. I wasn't provided a video or a picture of the person who withdrew my money from the ATM I got basically no help.Me and my kids and my elderly father who's 87 years old are now homeless.The reason I was told I was not allowed to get help was because I'm not a member or have an account with Wells Fargo.But they'll let somebody take my money out out thier branch.Doesn't make sense.

What's the point of having a bank open if no one in there wants to help. This Wells Fargo bank is terrible. Don't bother coming here.

Horrible service and rude..... it's frustrating to see people that work at the branch not do anything but sit at their desks while the line has 10+ people with only 1 teller. It's also disheartening to see a Hispanic woman that works at this branch being sarcastic and rude to a Hispanic man trying to get information.

Never has enough tellers! Morning, noon, adternoon.. weekday or weekend, there is always a huge line and more closed windows than open ones. Meanwhile there are more employees at desks and walking around than tellers. No other branch has this problem. Stay away from this one if you value your time. They sure don't!

if I could give them zero stars I would. I have had waaaaayyy better customer service at other Wells Fargo locations. I will not return to this one even though it is less than a mile from my house. Save yourself the heartache of managers on a power trip. We have several accounts with Wells Fargo and have even paid off a mortgage with them. I am so frustrated that we are going to switch to a credit union.
