Worst disabled accessible location. I struggled to get my father who uses a wheelchair in the doors and the teller who helped us didn't want to use the disabled accessible desk.

Location is dirty, scent of urine upon entry to the bank. Bank has very limited hours(sat 10-12!!!!) so as a customer you shouldn't expect any access to your accounts besides mobile banking. "Staffing issues" are not the customers responsibility.

They are closing a LOT of WF branches now. I have been to this branch every 2 weeks for about 3-4 months now. EVERY time I come inside, there is a line of 8-10 people. WHY haven't they gotten more tellers now that other branches have closed? Average wait time is 15-20+ minutes and it's a freaking JOKE here!!
