“I am absolutely blown away by the incredible service these gentleman here provide. I got 4 new tires and they showed me a major issue (and dangerous one too) that the last mechanic I let work on my car left me. I had a stud on each wheel that broke off because the lug nuts were extremely over tightened (the careless last mechanic) to the point the next time someone goes to take off my tire, they would snap right off. Luckily it didn't happen while driving as well! They identified, worked on, problem fixed! I couldn't be happier. I'm cruising around comfortably mechanically and mentally now. From the wonderful customer service at the front desk, Niu & Gabriel, to the incredible mechanics behind the scenes Tobias & Eric, I am so grateful I came to you guys and just want to say thank you. “I’ve been taking my car to Jesse’s shop for a while now and I’ve always had fair, honest service. He really won me over this past Friday when my car started misfiring on my way to work. I called him on my way to his shop and even though they are open half day on fridays and by appointment only, I told Jesse the issue with my car and he said he could still take a look. He found the problem, and I had my car back by lunch time. If you want honest, fair prices from a family owned auto shop, then definitely call Jesse!Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“Pulled in with no wait. Pulled out approximately ten minutes later. They answered all my questions and performed my maintenance in record time. All 4 service members worked symbioticly while communicating what and when each other was done with their tasks. Incredibly effective and efficient check and balance system... Great job to all you guys who worked on my 2004 Yukon XL. I paid $127.00 dollars for 5 quarts of full synthetic 5W30 Penzoil. Tire pressure checked,windshield wiper fluid filled, and Tamper Seal applied to drain plug. I normally do my own maintenance, but I just couldn't fit this into my hectic schedule this time. Again, great job to all the guys at Jiffy Lube at 1213 E Vista Way in Vista, California. !!!■■■■■■■■■U P D A T E■■■■■■■■■■JANUARY 29 2024After leaving, I found a $25 dollar off coupon for getting the up to 5 quarts of full synthetic service, the service I purchased. It clearly states the coupon must be presented before service begins. Regardless, THEY DIDNT HESITATE TO REFUND $25 DOLLARS TO MY CREDIT CARD !! Just the peace of mind and how I was treated throughout my whole experience was worth way more than the $103 dollars I paid....6 stars!!☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wish Google would give us the option to add "A Star"”

“I had the best experience ive ever had with an auto place. I had some bodywork done and a little maintenance. They were so incredibly honest and called me constantly! Call me constantly with updates. I've never had that experience before ever. There was no question of when can I pick up my car, how much is it going to cost, etc. They answered every question before I could even ask it, and on top of that, they went out of their way to save me money. “Misael and Vista Tire XPerts deserve far beyond a 5 star rating. Misael found me and my children pulled over at a gas station near his business on our way to school. He helped me get the spare on without having to ask and didn't want anything in return, refused my offerings. Then got us over to his shop quicker then I could have ever imagined. He only suggested that his shop was near and not the closest he admitted but saying he'd be happy to help me out right away. I couldn't turn down his offer and was beyond satisfied when he got me out of there in almost no time at all. To be honest I have a tire place that I'm happy with, but this is my new place and won't go anywhere else in the future. Very happy customer.”

I have a modded out Wrangler, so there are a lot of points to adjust, they did a great job getting it all dialed in and the steering is now great. The price is right and the customer service is on point; I would highly recommend these guys.”
