“As a college student, mechanics unfortunately tend to be dishonest and try to upsell on a bunch of unnecessary things. Went to the Toyota dealership where I purchased my Rav 4 XLE and prices were extremely inflated. I came in today a few minutes after they opened for a 60,000 mile service which included an oil change and transmission fluid change, Jeff and his team were not only very professional but also very welcoming, straight to the point. My car is running really well, the technician and Jeff himself were very polite when I was asking questions such as how dark the transmission fluid was, what comes next etc. Reasonable pricing given what inflation has unfortunately done to businesses. Very clean and comfortable environment to wait for your vehicle, overall family owned environment, guys who are passionate about their job's & above all else individuals who want to go above and beyond to help others with their car needs. Be sure to call in advance to book an appointment as today was a very rare and lucky occasion for me to come in without one. Thank you Jeff & the technician, as a business management student this hits all of the categories of what solidified, driven and consumer oriented business looks like. I will definitely come back especially since they specialize in Toyota, Lexus and Scion. Thanks guys, second to none experience and service!”

All my check engine oil lights/ low oil alerts were going off in my car so I needed to have someone help me check my oil levels ASAP since I didn't feel my car was safe to drive. I previously took my car to a random oil change place and I was only 1k into my previous oil change. David warmly welcomed me, took my car in with zero grief (keep in mind it was now past 6:00 pm at this point). David and Ernie both checked my oil levels (I was bone dry) topped off my fluid, checked my car for oil leaks and helped me out when I was in a bind.
