“Richard service was fantastic. I brought in my samsung galaxy Note 20 because the precious store didn't fix it right, he ofered to help me with the data, and also repairs at a lower price. Richard told me everything that was wrong with the phone and gave me his honest opinion on what to do with the phone. I decided not to fix my Note 20. Then Richard gave me an excellent deal on a new phone for the same price it would cost to fix my note 20. I walked out a very happy customer. Advanced Repair Center is highly recommended in my books. My new to go to spot for anything phone or electronic related. I'll take the 45 minutes ride from San Diego to Vista anytime to get my phone repaired by Richard.”

“I’ve had Metropcs for 10years and it’s been great! I had a incident with returning a phone and 611 wasn’t able to help me and had me running around stores. I finally stoped at the civic location and was greeted by Alexis the store manager… she was super helpful and apologized for her staffs customer service and helped me out to remove all extra charges. She also took the time to explain all the phones and plans, and I purchased a phone on the spot. I was super satisfied with her care and willingness to help. So today I found this store solve the problem all they had to do was reset the phone settings and it works now. Hallelujah this is my new store from now on!!!”

“Id give a fifth star if T-Mobile held up their promise, but the deal I signed up for never got integrated and I'm still hoping they will make things right. I do my services at a different store but went to this one because it's close to work. Mikel and Frankie here in vista even though their hands are a bit tied in this situation and I have to go to the top, they provided excellent and friendly customer service and I recommend them. Recommending T-Mobile on the other hand if you're a former sprint customer.... Not so much if you're also one of the accounts that didn't get transitioned over properly.”

“Our representative was Anna. She was very professional, patient and friendly. The store was very busy just after we arrived and though she was the only staff member on site at that time, Anna answered all of our questions, which were many. It's not often that we experience someone that can remain composed with a busy environment. Also a plus is that Anna speaks Spanish fluently”
“I went to Walmart to get my ribbons and letter stencils and paper to make the letters. I had an amazing person by the name Nicole ask if I needed help. She was very helpful. I ended up getting everything I needed but ended up coming back the next day to get more ribbon. The silver ribbons were nowhere to be found as Nicole remembered me and helped me find two ribbons. She went up and beyond to make sure she found the ribbons. She definitely needs a raise and a promotion cause I have never had such an amazing customer service like what Nicole gave at a Walmart before. Thank you, Nicole !!!!”

They handled 4 individual lines, a separate carrier, a device activation and a SIM activation like a pro! Answered our questions, explained the process and options, didn't push when we turned down offers, troubleshot a security issue and got us out in under an hour with a smile”

“Customer service was very polite. I do have one problem though, my phone has a permanent brown dot now that seems to be underneath the screen. I made sure it's not under my screen protector, so I'm not sure what the brown dot is. I'm gonna have to take it back in for them to check it out. Other than that, everything was great!”
