“I have been to this place once in a blue moon. I remember getting my old iPad screen fixed from here years ago. This time not too long ago (about weeks ago) I got my iPhone's front screen fixed after it had cracks all over it. I really love the 6 month warranty as I just had to get my screen fixed again thankfully because the LCD was damaged and there was no physical/water damage. I also got a good cheaper phone case. It's a very good local place here. It takes about an hour to get it fixed in this kinda situation. I do advise it's best to check in person (fastest way) as well as inquiring here in Yelp. Mornings are best times as well.”

“The T-Mobile reps were accommodating and knowledgeable. It took my family 6 days to complete the transfer from another carrier. We had to pay off our devices first. That carrier took us 2 days to have the phones unlocked. It took about a little more than an hour to set up all 5 lines with T-Mobile. Rates were much affordable than the previous one. I do recommend this store!”

“This was my 2nd successful visit to this location. I didn't review last time, so I want to make sure to do so today. We went around 3 pm on a weekday. No appointment required. This must be a miserable business to be in. I have been very unhappy with other providers, but at this eastern Escondido shop they have always taken their time and patience with me and my phones. I bought an unlocked Google Pixel 7a online at the recommendation of 2 sons. Following the Google start up and transfer instructions was surprisingly easy--and successful. Only glitch was self imposed - I didn't want to disconnect from the internet until I could confirm all data, photos and apps had made it onto the new phone. They had. So then we went to the ATT store . I worried that having bought the phone directly from Google, that I might run into difficulties. No problems! Internet activation was smooth. The technician was kind to us 2 seniors and knowledgeable on the process. I hope everyone who goes to the ATT store on E. Valley Parkway has a successful experience as well.”

“This is the Target located at Westfield North County. I went to a different target earlier and needed to make a return. I decided to try a different location to see if the availability of sizes were different here.This Target is 3 stories! It connects directly to the mall if you want to do more shopping afterward. I got lucky at this location they had more items in my size and more color options. I even scored some items on clearance. The guest services cashier was super friendly and nice. I had two small items to exchange for a full basket. She was very patient. This is a great location. It's huge and has a lot more selection.”

“I was really stressed out when I came into the Cox store in Escondido. I had recently moved to the Rancho Bernardo area where Cox does not service. I received a notification that my email address would need to be changed, and that my old emails would disappear if not archived. I tried switching things over following the instructions given be Cox, but was only more confused. I came into the Cox Solutions store in Escondido, and was promptly greeted by a very friendly Luis. I explained my issues with him, and he took the matter into his hands and accessed my old emails.....switched them over to be archived, and then proceeded to start up my new email into a Google (gmail) account. This action on his part was so very helpful and a lifesaver to me! He didn't have to extend himself like this, as it was no benefit to Cox. I think he's just a wonderful, helpful employee who enjoys his job, and is good at it! Please let Luis know how grateful I am for his help, and that I so appreciate his patience with my email issues!Praises to Luis!!! D.Wolford”
