“Although I regret opening my checking account and my car loan with SdCcU and would not recommend the bank institution itself due to their lack of telephone customer service (you will never be able to get through) and their hours of non service. I have to give this branch stars for its efforts and customer appreciation. They went above and beyond when I needed a balance for the past 4months I didn't want pertinente info relating to my account just the balance i could show to the courts and they went above and beyond to provide it for me. In addition they also have waived a statement print out in the past. In k ow this is big with SDCCU as they owe y pinch every customer and that is one of many reasons I would not recommend doing business. But this branch has been here for me when I have needed them and I appreciate their help.”
