Each time John helped us with the best customer service possible. I measure a "quality business" that values their customers a 100% of the time. Just not when everything is going well. How John handled our delivery hiccups. Shows us he genuinely care and takes pride in his work! His team Nat and Alan were great as well! We will continue to shop the Vista Home Depot with John and his team.”

“For Penske Rental: Good experience here! You can park your car in the customer parking lot, which will remain unlocked and free for you to come back at any hour of the day or night to pick up your car later. The man who was working inside was super helpful and friendly. I did not feel intimidated by the process of renting, picking up, or asking questions. The pick up process here took about 10 minutes, and I was on my way! I recommend scheduling ahead of time, online, for a fast, easy, pre-paid pick up! That's what I did. I will always pick Penske from now on! Penske is the only company that has unlimited miles for one-way trips.”

“We were shopping around for a new dishwasher, and were especially interested in a Bosch model. Casey walked me through the pros and cons of each model, answered all my questions, and addressed any concerns I had. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and thorough. I especially appreciated that he never tried to upsell me to something I didn't need or truly want, and seemed genuinely interested in getting me the best machine for my and my family's needs. I ended up getting a Bosch 300 series dishwasher.Delivery and installation team came out today, spent an hour total getting the old unit out and the new one installed properly. Enrique and Raul were friendly, professional, and thorough. Enrique even installed an extra adapter box for the Bosch unit to be hardwire. I could tell it wasn't an easy process, but he never complained. I definitely appreciate the care and respect they showed to me and my home.We also bough a Speed Queen washing machine a few years ago, and are still very happy with that unit. I definitely recommend Yingst for knowledgeable, friendly staff and great service!”
