“Well, out of all the Cricket locations in the area, based on reviews and good instincts, this is the place to go. I'm not gonna tell you anything amazing and I won't favor any certain employees. I believe a business team is a single unit and can ONLY be as good as its worst team member. Simply put, i called, they picked up. I went to this location, they were there I asked questions, they had answers. Friendly, helpful and professional. I'm completely satisfied.”
“I recently had my refrigerator break down and needed a temporary fridge to hold us over until it could get fixed. I dealt with Brooke and Tino and they both went above and beyond to help get me a fridge ASAP. I had a great experience with them.”
“Why take the time to review a large national chain? They are all pretty much the same and target is great but i had to leave a review because of an employee who is truly amazing. Coco is the friendliest and most pleasant checker. If i see her working I'm always hitting up her line. It takes me back to the time when people were nice to one another. Forget basic customer service she is going above and beyond. She is so sweet and real. I hope management reads and values this employee.”

“I always come here for USPS packages and Amazon returns. This review is long overdue. They have superb customer service! When there's a line, they always try to work as quickly as possible so you don't wait too long. For example, if both registers are occupied, they often take people on the side who are just dropping off packages. They also acknowledge your presence when you are in line. There's a gentleman there who stands out. He's always very cheerful, greets you, patient and very polite. I forgot his name but you'll know who it is when you go there. But overall, everyone has a positive attitude and great team work!”
“Sandra went above and beyond to help my wife and I upgrade our new phones today. She presented us all of our payment options and was quickly able to help us set up our new upgrades. The inside of the store was clean and the ambiance was very welcoming. The other staff were ready and more than willing to assist Sandra with helping us. “The employees were a big help here! I believe the two guys that helped me were Marco and Dante, sorry guys if I spelled your names wrong. I was trying to return an elite controller & get a new one since I had the warranty. They were both very patient and respectful with me while trying to find my account information/transaction. They were able to help me out and find it after all, and I was able to get a new controller. It was a huge help so I didn't have to go back to the store I got it from since it was sort of out of the way. Anyways thanks again to these guys, and hopefully everyone else that comes here has a good experience with them like I did.”

“Day crew that I assume owns the place is nice and friendly. Kid working at 3am on Sunday morning 11/9/21 just lied to me as I pulled in and said they were closed. I believe he didn't want to stop taking the trash out and help me inside. I drove by a few minutes later and he was behind the counter, not closed after all. I imagine the owners wouldn't appreciate this person turning away their business. I don't mind waiting or going somewhere else if it is going to be a while, I just don't like being lied to by a p*****”

“When they were building this place I wasn't to happy about the location and refused to go for the longest time. I was so wrong, it is absolutely convenient for us, we go all the time for lottery tickets and whatever else we need spur of the moment. Just need to pay attention to the shady people hanging around the front and avoid them.”
