After shopping at the mall with my daughter all day, I commented that no one,that day, had practiced good customer service. When we went into Tillys we were greeted, talked to about the day and even aided in our search. Thank you!

I have been to Tilly's three times, and each visit I was greeted by a new salesperson. Each employee assisted me with my purchases and when the store didn't have the size, I wanted, they were glad to order it for me. I had nothing but great service from a very young group of employees who take their job seriously.

Came in to get a pair of vans, and was greeted by helpful friendly customer service. They attendant who helped us was named Faith and she helped us get a cool pair of vans that were on sale for $18!
