“Very amazing place to go get shoes for almost any occasion. The staff were also very welcoming, helpful, and extremely kind. They have the same kinds of Nike shoes that I bought from another store a couple years, but cheaper. And they even have a 30 day return policy if you don’t like the shoes you’ve bought. “Wife went in for a dress to wear for our sons wedding. After shopping around we had a hard time getting other stores to understand what my wife was looking for. As soon as we walk in to this shop we were greeted by the owner her self. My wife explained that we had been having a hard time finding a dress. Gigi the owner knew exactly what my wife was looking for and pulled out a few dresses for her. Gigi helped my wife with suggestions and she even made some very helpful suggestions. Any work you need done on a dress is done in-house. She has dresses for all occasions. I mean allllll occasions. She has accessories as well. You need quinceañera crowns, she's got you. You need some earrings, bracelets? She's got you. You in a bind because of time? She's got you. Her prices are very reasonable and she is very patient. My wife says she wasn't afraid to ask any questions. Gigi made her feel super comfortable and she enjoyed the experience very much. Recommend this store 100%”

“Visalia now has its very own Nordstrom Rack located in part of the old Sears store, in the currently under renovation Sequoia Mall. This is a great addition to the area as the only other store in the area is a Macy's. There are other Nordstrom Racks in Fresno and Clovis, there are no other stores for higher end clothing without heading to SoCal or the Bay Area. This is a typical 'Rack". Great selections, full racks and decent prices. I overheard different groups of patrons complaining about the prices. I guess they were expecting "TJ Maxx/Marshalls prices, which they will not find here. Service was great and I'm happy that this store is here.”

“Verry friendly service very helpful. Good prices Journey store next to the Journeys Kidz. Was not helpfull at all did not even gelp me i needed 4 pairs of shoes. Did not ever speak to me after 10 minutes waiting to be helped. I left and told thank for not helping me at all.Ruid disrespectful people work there I will never go there again. Would nit recommend this store to anyone.”
