My engagement ring had a loose diamond and everywhere including the place we purchased it from was saying it needed to be shipped out and add prongs. I took it to Stephen's and he was able to fix it on spot and my fee was unbelievable! Will continue to go there and purchase from him! He even cleaned my ring
