He couldn't stop raving about them to me and told me I needed to go in and meet them lol. Turned out I had to go in anyways to get my ring re-sized, and I thought the size we picked would be too small but they were exactly on point and it fits PERFECTLY. I could also see why he liked them so much.. VERY kind people and just great at what they do. My partner gave me the most beautiful meaningful moment of my life, and they helped him get there. I can't thank them enough and will definitely go back to them for his ring!”

“I went into Raphael's Fine Jewelry on a Friday to get my mother-in-laws necklace cleaned and polished. She passed away about 16 years ago and we wanted to pass it down to her first granddaughter for her birthday. We wanted to get it done before Saturday. They showed me the work they would do first to see if that's what I wanted to get done, told me the cost, which was very affordable, then they had it ready for pick up at end of the day. All the employees and owner were very courteous and friendly. They do great cleaning and polishing work on jewelry. The shop itself is clean and all items for sale looked amazing! I would recommend this jewelry shop above all others in Visalia.”

“Need your jewelry altered? CALL THEM! I called inquiring about re-sizing my mother's wedding band. The owner advised it's best if I come in-store so he can take a look at it to determine if it's possible. When I came to the store, he was VERY friendly and straight-forward. He examined the ring and we discussed how he would likely NOT be able to mimic the design so we agreed to place a solid gold insert into the band to enlarge the ring. He then noticed the matching men's band (my father's). He told me to leave it as well. When I returned a week later to pick up the rings, as he'd told me, both rings were ready and exeded my expectations. They had managed to replicate the design in my mother's ring and straightened a bend in my father's ring that we hadn't even discussed. I am so grateful because my husband and I were married with this set this summer (2023) and they are as beautifull as I remember from childood. By the way, the price was not nearly what I was prepared to hear; far less than I anticipated.”

“Sold some silver here. Walking in felt almost like I was walking into a bank rather than a pawn shop or jewelry store. Pricing was very fair and the staff were extremely polite and business oriented. Wait was long tho they only had 2 tellers there. Oh and a little advice if anyone needs it when you call and ask if they take silver coins and they says yes we take silver jewelry. And your kinda confused. like do you take them or not? Yes they do. Idk why but apparently to them coins are "silver Jewlery" great experience tho”
