I trust them, and they are pleasant. Also, they got a lobby like you wouldn't believe, full of gorgeous treasures. They've also saved me from previous mechanics mistakes, and have been able to highlight how I can manage risk on a car with a salvage title. “My fiancé and I went in for a brake change after being told by Les Schwab that we needed new rotors. It turns out our rotors/pads were practically new! I appreciate the honesty of this shop so much. We’ll definitely be coming back when we need any upkeep on our car ? Can’t express enough how much of a relief it was to talk to someone so honest and kind! He even went out of his way to show us the rotors and explained it. I would recommend this shop to anyone!”

“I've done had a muffler delete and a resonator delete from these guys and they always do a great job. The tailpipe looks bone stock, you wouldn't even suspect I'm straight piped lol.
Quality mufflers will help you out with any CA legal modification and that's not their choice that's enforced by the states law. If you have a Catless down pipe or long tube headers just install them yourself first and bring it down to quality mufflers, they will help you get the resonator and muffler deleted and they will fix any rattles.”

“Honest and affordable! My A/C compressor needed replaced. I called around and Quality Auto Service quoted me with an amazing prize. Luis (Owner) layed out all scenarios and possible issues. He checked it out. Could have been other issues and parts that needed replaced. I wouldn't have known otherwise. He called me and said all was good and it was only the compressor that needed changed. The inside of this establishment was clean and organized with a friendly professional staff.

Presley quoted straight price based on accurate information and pics provided, and beautiful rig, with a smart safety shirted gentleman came in the time stated. Mike was kind enough to let me know my parking brake was loose and I'm glad to get that handled at the mechanic as well as the seized alternator. Instead of rolling the dice with roadside macgyvers, get a good tow to a real mechanic, or a tow out of a bad one! Great with service animals and disabled veterans. Speaks English.”
