“American Tire Depot offers a free tire rotation (and I didn't even purchase my tires there). I think that's a great community service they offer. I was in and out within one hour. And they didn't try to up-sell other services, which I appreciate.The only downside of my experience was that I made an 8am appointment the night before, but they still took a walk-in before me. I'm not sure why I should make an appointment if they are going complete the work as first-come, first-served. I shouldn't complain, since they did the work for free.I would recommend American Tire Depot.”

“SOME OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! I brought my 2013 Ford Flex in from Nevada to switch over to California tags and plates. I needed a smog check and some catalytic converters installed. I was able to get 2/3 installed no problem. The last one had to be hunted down, Brent did some outstanding searching for that last part and found it. I went to pick it up and they had it finished in a day.I don't think they have a formal "MILITARY DISCOUNT" but since it racked up so quickly the owner was cool and gave me a bit of a break. All together this place is a top notch shop and should definetly be considered for your auto needs. I plan on going back in the future to have some after market exhaust put on as well.Service: Exhaust”

“We have been on the road for 90 days in our Class C RV and just down the road from here, our transmission went out. Joe, the owner, had a tow truck get us within the hour, had us plugged in to electric and water to stay the night and this was all on a Friday. The parts were in on Monday and not a rebuilt transmission, but a new one with a GM warranty. After a few nights, lots of great conversations and watching our rig come back to life, it was great to hear we would be back on the road.Joe was professional the whole time, told us exactly what we needed, stated he wasn't here to hose us for money and he was up front and honest.Great experience for something so large and we still have a ways to go to get home to Florida. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone in the area, passing through and I would probably drive back through here if I needed large work done again!!Well worth the time and money! “I was traveling from northern Arizona and broke down here and was towed to Autocom at 7 o'clock in the evening and Buddy done all he could do that evening to get us going till 10 o'clock but our problems were more than we thought and we had another 250 miles to go so they took us me my wife and 2 grandkids and there parents to a hotel for the night and the next morning came and got us all and drove us to Fresno California which was about 70 mi away. that was the closest place to rent a car and that's what we did. continued our vacation. he called us the next day. found out that he could fix her car which he did. very reasonable prices. friendly service is good to know that they're still honest people out there that does a good job. being stranded on the road is no fun for anyone. if I am ever back here in Tulare California or within 100 miles around I will definitely come by and see. this man is a great person and honest person and all those that work for him and around him. thank you for your services and friendship.
