Wonderful customer services had a new stereo put in my 2005 yukon 3 years ago with a back up camera and they did it right there and then and don't make you leave your car there basically all day like A1 audio does plus A1 audio takes way to long never answer there phone and on my new car 2011 kia optima ex gdi I got a stereo a Little over a year ago and it turned off on me so I went to them and they were trying to keep my car for hours there so I went here instead and within 15 minutes it was fixed free of charge forsure learned my lesson I'm sticking with them”

We had already been to one other person who said they didn't do that kind of work, but referred us to Mr. Torres. Mr. Torres came up with a creative solution to the problem (that would otherwise have required replacing a part to the tune of a couple thousand dollars) on the spot, and we were able to drive off fully functional within the hour. “Caliber Collision has done it again! By any means, words can’t express my gratitude enough for these guys!! I love bringing my cars here to be worked on! They always do such an amazing job by going above and beyond with their work!These guys really helped me get out of a pinch by literally helping me deal with a tow company taking my car to their yard when they shouldn’t have. Caliber Collision went all the way to Visalia to bring my car back to their shop in Tulare when it should’ve been the tow company bring it back. They also had to deal with the tow company being very complicated and hard to work with when trying to take the car. This is the last time I use AAA…While Caliber Collision was working on my car, they noticed something else that was unrelated and they went ahead and had this repaired at no cost!! Tony even walked me over to his auto shop mechanic to have him do some other work. LOVE YOU TONY”
