Stood in line to talk waiting talk to a teller for 25 minutes. They'd shut down more than half their teller windows, but that doesn't really matter if they only have ONE teller available. Avoid this bank unless you absolutely have to subject yourself to terrible service.

This is a great bank!!! I could not be more pleased . Great customer service. The tellers are friendly and the manager is just an overall great person. Julianna is a personal banker in there and she gives nothing but 100% attention to you and 100% attention to detail. Anything and everything we need she takes care of it and she does not forget. You're definitely not an account in there you're a person.

It's 10:52 am on July 1st. A customer line of 10 is waiting on 2 tellers. Two tellers?! An unbusy personal banker, who sits by the door, refuses to help a customer to his safety deposit box. You decide!

This use to be my go to bank but with my last few visits it is apparent customer sevice is not their number 1 priority and they will change your accounts without notifying you and without authorization. Will be filing a complaint.

Putting banks aside from the problems we always have with them with fees, charges and other issues, I am glad we choose to bank with this wellsfargo in villa park as our local bank. Don't get me wrong I still haven't and I'm sure won't ever find that bank that doesn't totally screw you over, but this review is for the people and services i always get every time I go in. I've never had a problem and have always been treated very nicely. I had one issue I brought to the managers attention about not being given an envelope for my cash when leaving especially when it's a very large amount, and since I've always been given one. I'm from back east and our banks all have drive thru's which seem to be non existent here and it's the only thing I wish this location had but other than that I rarely have to wait and everyone is friendly.

Terrible customer service! I am not sure if it was because they were 1 hour from closing time. They are not welcoming. There was only 1 banker when we walked in, on the phone. She finally hung up and helped. Unfortunately I did not have all the proper documents which is fine, I understand. I decided to deposit our checks at the teller since we were already inside the branch. I basically got attitude that I was making multiple check deposits. I was not asked if I may be interested in other options of depositing. I was "suggested" that mobile deposits is how I should do it. It shouldn't matter what type of transaction I choose to do inside the bank. It is their job to help me!

This bank is just great, they always have extra tellers and you are out within 5 minutes. All the staff is nice and the manager Robert is the best.

Large branch with quick teller service. Easy parking. If you need access to financial advisors, this branch does not have it. Great for a quick basic banking services.

Probably an isolated incident but I just had to educate the bank staff here that a check made out to husband and wife can be deposited into the same titled bank account without the need of two signatures. It's my legal right. Thanks for fumbling the most basic transaction in banking and stressing me out in the process.

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. James and Trish are both extremely knowledgeable and personable. I'm always greeted warmly when I walk in, and if there's a line I'm assured that I'll be helped shortly. I really enjoy banking at our Villa Park Wells Fargo.
