Just phoned the branch and spoke with Julianna. The call was promptly answered and Julianna was very personable and helpful. So happy this is my branch

This use to be my go to bank but with my last few visits it is apparent customer sevice is not their number 1 priority and they will change your accounts without notifying you and without authorization. Will be filing a complaint.
