“By far the best UPS store I have been to. I own a distribution business and I ship a lot of products through UPS daily. I have gone to other stores, but this store is the best. Other stores seem to get bothered by how many packages I drop off. Other stores nearby want me to ship through the “main distribution center” due to my volume and have told me that I have overwhelmed their drivers.
I have asked this store if I overwhelm them.

This one has the most friendly staff, best service, are very happy every time I walk in, and make me feel like family! I never feel like I bring in too many packages or feel pressured. “Wonderful customer service. My seller made an odd mistake with the shipping and the kind UPS manager was accommodating and really helped me out. She was tired, as she was on her feet all day and it was near closing time, but she really did show me grace and she didn’t have to. (She has no idea how arduous working with my seller has been. Replacement shipments, incorrect address, weeks have gone by trying to get this 60th birthday present in time for my mom’s special day.) I really appreciate you guys. And over the years, every time I’ve been here, you guys are always professional, even with customers that don’t follow the Amazon return instructions and take out their frustrations upon your team. The owner called to let me know and explained the risk. He went ahead and created new shipping labels for me, emailed me the new tracking numbers and waived the signature fees for the two boxes. Very honest and kind.”

“I want to start by saying that my experience at this location has always been great! Always quick and staff is usually friendly.I went in a week before Christmas to print nice labels for all of my gifts. I spent almost $20 on some Avery labels. There were 12 sheets and I was going to use 10 of them to make mine and my brothers kids labels for Christmas gifts for work and their classes. I had to email the files to their store email. I did so and called to confirm they got it and came in. I was helped by Arthur. It wasn't my first time being helped by him, but I usually just have Amazon returns. He is usually a more straight faced person when I come in but I don't really mind as my transaction is always quick. This time, I came in to make these labels and my experience was very different. I told him that I always do a test on a piece of paper and write an X on it and sent through printer to ensure we know how to enter the label papers in the feed and print on the right side. He assured me that if he used the side tray, it bypasses any other print job and he's done it before. He sent the fist one through and it prints on the wrong side. That's a waste of a sheet . All he said was " well that's a first." He never apologized and just tried to hand it back to me. I was like oh ok I guess you can trash it. Now we know how we need to enter it so a few others were printed. Then he printed one of the files twice. That was a waste of another page of labels and I had none left to make if I needed more. Printing all the files took about 45 min. When I went to pay I asked him if he could give me a discount for his errors and waste of my product/time. He said "Unfortunately not." I mean, it was only about $8 but it was the principle. I tried to tell myself it's Christmas time and maybe he was just having a bad day because I am sure it's super busy this time of year for them. By the next day, I was still upset at how he handled the situation and how he his demeanor wasn't empathic so I decided to write the store.I am glad to say that the owner Hanswahini Kumar called me right away, but I was at work. They emailed me, apologized for my experience, and refunded me for my print job. I appreciate the owner making wrongs right. I will keep this as my home store. Thanks, Hanswahini.”
“Came here on Sunday 10-15-23 because I had called around to find a place for live scan fingerprints. Most business are not open for live scan on Sundays (which I had looked online two location that advertised they were open Sunday for fingerprints and they were not .) so after seeing online postal annex in yorba Linda was open I called and to my surprise they did do livescan that day. I quickly rushed down and met Leah . She was so sweet and nice . Made the process so easy. Along with other services this store offer's, shipping, notary, fingerprints and making keys! I'm definitely coming back .”
“I used their service back in May 2023, but for some reason my review was posted on another notary service! Just found out today. So I deleted the review under that company and reposted my review here:Needed to get our living trust notarized. Got multiple quotes on Yelp. We eventually decided to go to somewhere close by bc of (1) location (2) they charge per notary seal, not an outrageous "flat fee" for notarizing a living trust (3) they provide witnesses with no additional fee . Overall a very positive experience. Will definitely recommend!”

“I disagree with all the negative reviews! The owner and the staff are professionals and are very helpful. All the negative reviews are about the staff's personality which usually is done by people with low self esteem and full of insecurities. It is more offensive to read a negative review mentioning the owner's nationality/Origin, as one review did! That has nothing to do with the service. It's pure ugly act of expressing discrimination!
The fact is that all day long there are long lines in this place with people that enjoy the speedy effective service they receive.”
