“Small mail shop run by a sweet old man named Terry. Shares the same plaza with Peter's Gourmade Burgers and a couple other businesses so parking might be a hit or miss. Came right before closing to do a Western Union pickup and Terry got the job done in less than a couple of minutes. Was very kind and a pleasure to talk to. The shop itself has a variety of services to offer and is very clean and organized. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!”
“I was looking for a nearby shipping place and luckily stumbled upon this place. As soon as i walked in the staff was very welcoming and polite. After getting a quote on the price i was surprised by how cheap it was because previously, for the same package I was quoted double the amount in a place in garden grove. Make sure to bring cash because they are cash only but besides that Im happy with the service.”

“The service there was great. The person that helped me was very friendly and helpful. It didn't take too long to take care of my documents. One of the best customer services from the older gentleman who does the live scan. He was careful and kept very professional while doing a live scan. He took care of all my copies properly. I highly recommend this Postal Annex+.”
“I've used this location extensively for over two years. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, the store is clean and just in my opinion, i agree with charging for tape. If ups gave away two feet of tape to everyone they'd go out of business...look what happened with endless shrimp at red lobster. I applaud the staff for sticking to policy while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere, it can't be easy. Anyways, this ups store is the best!!!”

“It’s a busy location and short staff, but I appreciate them for all they do. I went there before the closing hour, they closed the store and helped everyone in the store. I understand the staff shortage but they are always helpful and apologetic about long wait time. I appreciate them.”
“Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this location. Customer service at this location was better than any UPS or FedEx I’ve ever been to. Both the gentleman clerks were helpful and answered questions truthfully.The computer it charges $3 for 3 minutes. For my experience, this is an average rate. A printed page for black and white ink was 20 cents. Make sure to have your label ready to print to not use the computer long.”
