“I've never written a review about a bank before - I suppose I should have as I've been with some really crappy banks in the past (and I'm talking about the big guys).We came to City National because the bank we were using at the time apparently didn't want our business (it's a long story and I won't bore anyone with it). I did a huge amount of research and happened upon City National as they are a bank that deals with and understands the entertainment industry. This industry has its quirks and oddities that most banks just don't understand. After a phone conference, we decided to open our new business and personal accounts with City. Let me say, it was definitely the right choice.Jessie, Josie, Kassandra and Pedro have all been absolutely a joy to work with. They go above and beyond when we need their help. They always greet everyone with a smile. Here is a brief little story about why this team is amazing:Several years ago I needed to send a wire but I was out of the country. Jessie was also out of the country but when he found out that I was inquiring about sending a wire while I was out of the country, he literally called me directly to make sure that I was well. He was afraid that I might have been kidnapped! Mind you, he was on holiday himself and took the time to call me. He even had Josie try to reach me as well. I don't know about you, but to me, that is the very definition of amazing service and an amount of caring that one doesn't find with any other financial institution. “WOWWWW. I have to say the servicing department at Val-Chris Investments has made major improvements over the last few years! Whenever I have a question or I need help with an investment issue I speak with Ryan Boulter in servicing and he responds back to me In minutes not hours or days. EXTREMELY detailed with his work. Nowadays you just don't find this level of customer service anymore.There was a time when I did not get this level of service but this has been dealt with at Val-Chris Investments and what a difference! I would highly recommend Val-Chris Investments!”

I went in to this branch because I was having an issue with the app. I found the staff to be very professional and helpful, and my problem was resolved. The office is very nice and clean too. They do also validate parking. It would be nice if the office was open on weekends as well but it doesn't take away from the quality of the customer service.”

“Putting banks aside from the problems we always have with them with fees, charges and other issues, I am glad we choose to bank with this wellsfargo in villa park as our local bank. Don't get me wrong I still haven't and I'm sure won't ever find that bank that doesn't totally screw you over, but this review is for the people and services i always get every time I go in. I've never had a problem and have always been treated very nicely. I had one issue I brought to the managers attention about not being given an envelope for my cash when leaving especially when it's a very large amount, and since I've always been given one. I'm from back east and our banks all have drive thru's which seem to be non existent here and it's the only thing I wish this location had but other than that I rarely have to wait and everyone is friendly.”
