The United States Postal Service at 16333 Green Tree Blvd is a vital part of the community, delivering mail and packages to over 157 million addresses across the U.S., territories, and military bases worldwide. It manages a large network of over 30,000 locations and handles 47 percent of the world's mail. The location offers walk-in passport services and strives to provide secure, reliable, and affordable delivery. Customers generally find the staff helpful, respectful, and efficient, with many praising the quick service and organized environment. The staff is recognized for their professionalism, often working under challenging conditions, including long lines and understaffing issues. However, some reviews note that the building and landscaping look outdated, reflecting a decline in upkeep and appearance over the years. Concerns about staffing and pay are common, with many feeling that the employees are underpaid and overworked, especially given the difficult routes and limited training. Criticism extends to management practices, which are seen as overburdening carriers and failing to offer adequate wages or support. Despite these challenges, the employees are appreciated for their dedication and courteous service. Overall, while the USPS location is committed to serving the public efficiently, broader issues within the organization impact both staff morale and service quality.
Great people, lots of smiles, and very helpful. Postal worker Mariana was a big help to me today. Thank you

Everyone is nice. I just wish the building and landscape looked the way it did 20 years ago it was nice to walk into. No it looks like you just don't care anymore. And that's sad.
