“The employees are professional, attentive to a person's needs, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The only issue that I see is they charge double what the Post Office charges. An example would be Priority Mail is around $20 vs Post Office around $10. But the place is kept clean and organized.”

“trying to reach the building to speak to someone that can help me with my application. i had a problem with my I9 information which led me to spend 2 hours on the phone with the UPS support team and after being transferred numerous times just decided to leave the incorrect information and just get my orientation day and then speak to someone that day and resolve the issue, but since i was stuck with that all slots were tooken and ive requested more available time slots. i wish i could just re apply or speak to an actually member of HR for help. if anybody or a building representative can please help me in this situation id appreciate it.”
