Horrible customer service. They can’t even get your curbside order ready in 5 hours. Don’t shop here or spend money here.

I like shopping at Tilly’s but Laurie is really rude. There was an error with the credit card machine and it charged me twice. When I told her about it she said “boohoo broke man” and went back to watching TikToks on her phone.

Came in expecting this trip to be as lovely as my other Tilly’s experiences but Laurie ruined my day. Ruined my life. Laurie why did you do this? Was it something I said? I loved you Laurie.
