“My daughter wanted some Birkenstock's. So we came to Yourneys since we saw the sandals she wanted out on display. The moment we walked in, a young associate approached us. Don't remember her name but Her Empl# is 645080. She helped my daughter find her size and even helped her with making sure the sandal fit. She was very attentive. And we appreciate her customer service. She might of been new cause her calm attitude was refreshing and friendly and very inviting. Unlike some other associates I've came across that weren't very helpful or friendly. But she seemed nice and respectful. Must get great parenting at home.”
