“I have been with Bear Valley Apatite Storage since 2012. I have moved units about 3 times within BVAS and have always been very happy with their customer service, their payments reminders ( THANK GOODNESS ) and never once have I heard in the entire time that I have been there, I have never heard of any security issues happening.Staff are very caring, compassionate and helpful. I can't bring myself to leave unless I Finally HAVE to leave. I will never use another storage facility up here in the HD. I am ONLY comfortable with BVAS and have recommended & brought in family over the years to use this company with their needs.”

“I've had my storage units here for over 3 years and I don't think I would ever go anywhere else. There are plenty of size options and availability, at least when I moved in. The prices are good, trust me I called every storage facility in the area to compare. The hours are good and they are only closed on major holidays.The lady at the front is not very welcoming, but she does what is needed and is always there to answer any questions. My only complaint is that there are rodents, I am not sure if this is common in storage units, but I only store clothing and hard goods. The front office lady placed some "poison" in my storage unit, but it hasn't done anything. It's not a big deal, but I see rat poop every once in a while and it can get pretty annoying.Besides that this place is pretty cool and in a good location.”

“I was in search of a storge close to my house since I have a baby on the way and I needed to clear out the extra bedroom to make into a nursery. The staff is nice, they have a lot of different unit sizes which is awesome. I believe they even have a RV storge option. The prices aren't bad at all. It's gated and secured well. They have decent hours. I am pleased with this location.”

“Always had great customer service (great employees) , that’s the only reason I gave 4 stars.. left the one out because hours on google for USPS are NOT correct. USPS says on door closes at 5:30pm but google says 6. Arrived at 5:35 (10 minute drive out of my way) to find out closed. Employed said it’s like that on Saturday too.. Come on google admin for this account! Fix this please. I counted at-least 6 others come and go the same time.”

“This place mostly has bad reviews because the customers are rude, entitled, and unsympathetic. (There are obvious scheduling issues but take that up with a supervisor/manager not the employee FYI) I had an appointment at 10:30 am for a hitch to be installed and I arrived 10 minutes early and found there to be a line 5 people deep. It was clear the only person working the whole place was one man doing the job of 2-3. He was doing his best to help serve each person as quickly as he could. The man in front of me didn't have a reservation to get a truck and blamed the employee for the size truck he wanted to be unavailable and was outwardly irritated...interesting. To which this man tried to drag me into his bs by trying to make the employee feel bad for making 'this young lady waiting. To which I replied 'nah, I'm fine waiting'. Not to mention the two other people who had something to say about the employee right in from of him. About 30 minutes passed, which to me, is reasonable as he again was the ONLY person there. He helped me very quickly and I was on my way after a quick inspection of my car for dents and scratches. Very nice man and my hitch came out great. I was told they would start on it at 3 and I got a call at 4. No issues besides the very rude customers I had to unfortunately be among while waiting my turn, patiently.”
