She’s very smart, sweet and patient. She took time to help me one on one with my phones issues . I was gonna charge to Spectrum. Until I found out by Natalia that I could get a great deal here ! Verizon service has never let me down after being with them for 13 years. Why go to a super busy corporate office when you can go here and be treated like you matter. The guy that fixed my phone was super nice and told me if I went to their accessories side we could get a discount on a screen protector. We ended up getting all new protectors for the family.”
