Boot Barn offers a good amount of boot options for the entire family, with a lot of selection and numerous clothing and hat wear. The store is well-organized, clean, and looks bigger than before. While some clothing items seem a little overpriced, the prices are generally good. Customer service experiences vary; some staff are extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and provide excellent service, answering questions in great depth. However, other experiences report bad customer service with some staff seeming clueless. The business has demonstrated a willingness to make things right for customers, which has been appreciated. Many customers plan to return for their footwear needs.

I wrote a bad review about a pair of boots I bought and boot barn reached out to me and sent me a new pair. That was super nice and it made me happy they tried to make it right. Other than that particular pair of boots, I've never had a problem and will continue to get my boots here.
