“Arrived , checked in, backed into dock, unhooked red line, loaded within 30 min , walked backed in and got my BOLS. All within one hour! Great service , quick and easy.”
“Excellent service friendly staff and secure for all your fine art needs. Crating, packaging, storage, prepping, delivery and pick up service. I was there for delivery and they were very organized and professional”
“No overnight parking, McDonald’s 2 miles away/12 spots. Street Parking, (PARK ON YOUR OWN RISK)
MAKE SURE TO HAVE A SAME DAY EMPTY SCALE TICKET IF YOU ARE A LIVE LOAD(2432 S Indiana St, Commerce CA has a CAT Scale, 2 miles away)
IF YOU’RE DROP N HOOK YOU DON’T NEED EMPTY SCALE TICKET. 3/4 OR MORE REEFER FUEL, TWO LOADLOCKS IN TRAILER AND INSIDE OF TRAILER LOOKS CLEAN, IF NOT YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!
I arrived at 9:35am for my 4pm appointment, I was told to wait at the McDonald’s 2 miles away because they didn’t have any room for me. The place was full, I would say call ahead in advance to check to see if they room for you to drop off your empty.
I didn’t have close to 3/4 of reefer fuel the guards gave me an address to go to 3152 Bandini Blvd Vernon CA/Bandini Truck Stop Center/Chevron 2 miles away.
I called the guard shack to see if there was anywhere I could drop my empty off and the guards gave me this address 5699 District Blvd Vernon CA, 3 miles away. It is there trailers drop lot yard. Few mins later the guard shack called me back and said I could come back here, drop my empty in a dock door and attach to my loaded trailer. Got a call to come inside to get paperwork, next to Dock 1. Ended up leaving here at 3:45pm. Friendly guards.
There’s a taco truck sometimes here, heading towards the exit.
2nd Time Here: I arrived 9am for 4pm drop n hook appointment, I checked in with guard shack and guard said my load isn’t ready. When it’s ready you’ll get a call. You can park at “S Bonnie Beach Pl” until then. 2:50pm I got a call from office saying my load is ready. Drove back, guard said all the dock doors are taken and to go to office to see what they want me to do. Office said drop your empty next to guard shack that’s near office, pull your loaded trailer out from dock door and drop it near exit, then attach to your empty and put it in that same dock door. I did all that, proceed to exit, guard checked me out, I was out.”
“Entrance from S boyle ave. Got unloaded in 2hours. Backing is hard between 2 semi trucks but most of the doors were empty when i arrived at 9am. They have a restroom for drivers. Lumper fee $692. Make sure to have conformation number.”
“Nice people. Small lot. Best to call before if u have an appointment for pickup. They will get your pickup number. Transport name, your name and number and let u know when a dock is available. Pick is at the second picture. First time I went they seem to be doing first come first serve but the second time they were going in order if appointment time.”
“I highly recommend using Lynn and the LA Express Warehouse team. We just had a large shipment of footwear go to the facility and it was not only put to top priority but Lynn gave my team step by step of what was going happen with the product's as they were arriving. We were given photos of every step of the way and Lynn personally called us with any questions or verification of anything. We will always use LA Express Warehouse for all of our fulfillment and storage needs.P.S. The poor reviews on here were due to LA Express begin hacked and none of this action was them. Do not allow bad people to hack into a company and ruin the company they don't even own! You will not regret working with this team. 5 stars!!”
“Very helpful guard at the gate. I dropped an empty in a door and picked up my preload. It took me longer to do my paperwork than it did to drop and hook. Thank you so much. I'll go back any day”
