Came from canada. Appointment was at 0630 hrs. Went to reception at 6.15 and the dock was given right away. Unload got finished at 0715 hrs. Good job.Thank you

Fairly fast and easy. The only complaint is that I had to wait like 15 minutes for check in . Check in office is located inside the building with freezing temperatue ??.
