“I live up in SF bay area. I found the floor tiles I love for the two bathroom floors but it was very expense! I got on-line and found Beyond Flooring and Lev Asraf. He had the tile I loved for 2/3 the price of the same tile up in my area of CA. Even paying shipping, I paid a lot less. Then the best part - the service provided by Lev was great. He responded quickly to emails and phone calls, got my tiles shipped in good time. Some of the tiles arrived broken, and he had replacement tiles shipped quickly at no extra charge and was careful to get my same dye lot. Oh and e is great about providing receipts too, so great service. Thank you Lev!”

Great value, strong communication, phenomenal attention to detail and kept my house clean the whole time - this team always took the extra time to do things the right way! From the very first visit, Alvaro was knowledgable, transparent and honest. He guided us through the design phase, sharing tips and suggestions to get the best quality work at an affordable price and recommending different materials to purchase so we could really tailor the bathroom to our needs. Once all the materials were here, his crew was onsite for the 5 weeks it took to totally remodel our 2 closets into a brand new bathroom. Was really impressed by fact they spent the whole first day prepping the house so that his team could work efficiently without making any messes (this paid off big time during the messier bits like concrete cutting and sanding drywall). Team was always on time, respectful, and managed my expectations from beginning to end. I've had mixed results with contractors over the years and can attest this is best experience I've ever had. Will be using them again and again and again. My advice: Book with them NOW - this is one of those companies whose services are so good at a fair price that they will only get harder to book and cost more over time.”

“My god it's so cute in here! A beautiful, atmospheric little kitchenware store in a mall behind Little Tokyo. It's so quiet but the bell chimes inside are so welcoming. The manager (?) is also really nice :) The prices are fair and everything is presented neatly. I personally appreciate their iron teapots, I will definitely be back to splurge. The designs they have are definitely more sleek and earthy than the majority of homewares sold in Little Tokyo! i love it here”

Initially, my wife and i have some fears on the project as we don't have any experience with home design but JR guide us confidently throughout the project with great ideas and recommendations. “Well, I wanted another 240mm chef’s knife and so I bought this gyuto stainless clad with SLD core steel from Yoshihiro cutlery. It’s beautiful: the hammered stainless cladding, the ebony handle, and above all how it cuts. I’ve haven’t noticed any reactive staining yet though I believe the core steel is semi-stainless.I sharpened it right out of the box - it didn’t take much, it does sharpen very easily, it felt like I was sharpening my shirogami knives.It’s my eleventh knife from these guys. I have bought a couple from other dealers but it seems the quality is never as good as Yoshihiro.Go for it!”

I went to several plumbing stores and could not find the right parts. Then I thought about Reback’s. I had been at Reback’s previously buying parts, the guy who helped me was not very friendly so I hesitated a little going there again. I was very delighted when Ethan offered me his help. He not only found me the right parts but also gave me detailed instructions on how to replace them. I replaced the parts without any issue!
