“I was at this place trying to find a walking cane because of the long time injury on my left knee! I could hardly walk because it is so painful. Janet was the person that helped me. She was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She basically asked me some questions and tried to find out why I need a walking cane? She showed me quite a few canes but I didn't like them because I worried about if I tripped the bottom of the cane; that might just be worse. She suggested that I need to treat the pain in my knee and showed me a few knee sleeves. She even tried to put one on for me and asked me to walk a few steps and see how I felt. I was surprised that it made my leg felt more stable and could walk a little better. It's less painful by wearing that knee sleeve. Thank you so much, Janet! I appreciate it very much. I will wear it until I can find a good orthopedic surgeon to operate on my torn knee!”

“I went from using a chain pharmacy that I absolutely dreaded dealing with to having a pharmacist who knows my name when I walk through the door. When picking up my meds today, another customer came in and said, "Oh it's Bella's (the pharmacist's) birthday!" There is really something to be said about getting services from and supporting a neighborhood business like this. They always fill my meds on time and go out of their way to smooth out any wrinkles with the doctor so that I don't have to deal with anything. They're the best!”

“Renting medical equipment when you live out of the area can be challenging. We went to visit family and my mobility-impaired husband needed a transport chair . We don't own one as he only uses one when we travel. I looked up medical supply places in the area we were going to, read the reviews, and contacted A & M Medical. They were excellent to work with, delivered and picked up the chair from the hotel we were staying at, and provided a very nice brand new chair at a reasonable price. My niece is a physical therapist and she was impressed with the chair- said for a rental it was very nice. It is sad to say, however these days I am impressed when someone does what they say they will do!! I recommend A & M supply and appreciate their services.”

These guys are legitimate and I would absolutely use them again.Update: I realized I needed one size smaller. Completely my fault as I had read the fit guide incorrectly. “I went to this place yesterday to look for a motorized scooter for myself as I am finding that my endurance is not what it used to be. I'm sorry that I didn't ask for the name of the young man who assisted me. He was kind, thorough, and took time to show me the features of the portable scooter I was interested in. There was a great selection to pick from. I would, definitely go back to this store if I am ever in need of medical supplies. I live in Long Beach. “GKY Dental Arts really has the right name: dental arts! I had my 2 front teeth veneers done there after a poor job done with another lab. And OMG, Ken from the Torrance lab was so amazing! I have a very complex color/shade to match, and he is a real artist! He took the time with me to really match these veneers with my other teeth: now I can smile with my mouth open without being worried people will see my 2 fake teeth! “I love this pharmacy, it's a hidden gem in the 'hood. The strip mall location is a little suspect but once I decided to enter, I felt comfortable in that space. Parking is not an issue. The pharmacy cares for the community and provides free and low cost birth control. My choice for vaccinations when my provider is unavailable.”

“These guys are the best.They got me into my wheelchair initially though the medicare process which took three months. But they persevered. They put me in my first wheelchair and now 5 years later they put me in a new chair. These folks were always there for me, DJ and Jose. Yea, there were ups and downs with the wheelchairs but they got me back moving, and for a handicapped person thats critical. You can't do better then this company and their people! There is one fitting area, parking here is humungous, set of scrubs $40 and below. Pj's $11- etc etc ..
