They are quick, Affordable, And consistently have the car ready when they say they will. They almost always do some small extra thing at no charge, And they're good at spotting issues before they become problems. I have sent various friends and relatives to them, And they also have been consistently pleased with their experience. I can't recommend highly enough.”

Their customer service is consistently top-notch. They always get my flats repaired and back on the road immediately, which is extremely important for the kind of company I run. Edgar, the manager, is fantastic — very accommodating with my fleet and always goes above and beyond to keep us moving.
They also work seamlessly with partner vendors like Hay’s for alignments and will even take the vehicles over there when they’re done, saving me time and hassle.
Great shop, great people, and a level of service that’s rare these days. Highly recommended.”

“Big Brand Tires prices are one of the better ones that I found but my only complaint is I think they need to have more help working on cars because I came for three tires with an appointment and it took 3 hours which I do believe it's a little long to have to wait for three tires to be put on with an appointment, I also was quoted one price and the next day when I came for my appt.and to pay for my three tires they didn't honor the quote that I that was given so the price was different but overall Big Brand is a great place I just think there's some Corrections that need to be made for better service to the customer”
“I have been going to Fine European Car Service for many years now.Today I took my wife's car in for issues with the heater/defrost system. Moussa took great care of us and resolved the issue within a couple of hours. As always, his honesty and integrity are commendable and his prices always reasonable! I wouldn’t take our vehicles anywhere else.If you are an Alfa Romeo owner, this is the only mechanic you’re going to need! “It’s Saturday morning and I was in a bind—I desperately needed a used tire for my truck. I couldn’t afford a new one, and another place I went to didn’t even have the right size. Luckily, this spot came through! He had the exact size I needed, got it on super fast, and I was back on the road in no time. Really thankful for the quick service and fair price. “My car died on me while my friends & I were heading to the beach. We pulled into the Firestone and Kevin ran tests and inspected my car thoroughly. I cannot express how much of a Godsend this man was. He deemed the issue as my AC Compressor but expressed he didn’t have the type of mechanic to remedy that issue, but after an hour long inspection and tests, he charged our broke behinds NOTHING, haha! Oh man! We neeeeded this! And we thank Kevin so incredibly much for his help, honesty, integrity, and charity. We will definitely continue to pay it forward. We are forever grateful and humbled.
