“My first experience at the East Thompson Blvd. location was a very good experience. Dennis B. provided excellent customer service inwhich I really wasn't expecting due to my past experiences at other auto repair shops. I explained what service I was looking for. He told me they didn't have those parts but asked me to hang on and he immediately picked up the phone to locate what I wanted. Success! Dennis gave me a price in advance and explained all the details to me on how this service would work. The work was scheduled the following week after the parts were expected to arrive and was completed in the time frame I was quoted. “I took my 2015 Camry in for a regular service but also had a special need that the Toyota dealer could not identify and fix for 2 years.
2 years ago I got my car detailed. After, I found some broken clips under my car and suddenly had this mystery knock somewhere in the engine compartment. It was not the engine. Anytime I got up to 40 mph, or if it was windy, this knocking would start. It drove me crazy. Especially on long trips to see clients which could be 7 hours in the car.
Sixto and Marc at Concourse listened to my story of woe and took it as a personal challenge.
I got home last night near midnight from my first long trip since my service and it was the quietest ride I have had in years.

“Big Brand Tires prices are one of the better ones that I found but my only complaint is I think they need to have more help working on cars because I came for three tires with an appointment and it took 3 hours which I do believe it's a little long to have to wait for three tires to be put on with an appointment, I also was quoted one price and the next day when I came for my appt.and to pay for my three tires they didn't honor the quote that I that was given so the price was different but overall Big Brand is a great place I just think there's some Corrections that need to be made for better service to the customer”

“My car died on me while my friends & I were heading to the beach. We pulled into the Firestone and Kevin ran tests and inspected my car thoroughly. I cannot express how much of a Godsend this man was. He deemed the issue as my AC Compressor but expressed he didn’t have the type of mechanic to remedy that issue, but after an hour long inspection and tests, he charged our broke behinds NOTHING, haha!
