“We had a horrible plumber do what turned out to be a terrible job doing a simple toilet reinstall resulting in MAJOR water leak and mold damage. Our restoration and mold remediation company hired Porta-Stor to deliver a pod to store our furniture in from the damaged areas of my house. Matt showed up right on time, was extremely professional and pleasant. Instead of just dropping the box and leaving, we discussed exactly where I wanted the box, down to the inch. Matt's a GREAT guy and Porta-Stor is lucky to have him!!”

“This is a well run facility. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Once I locked my door without moving the latch over (so it wasn’t really locked) and later that day someone called me from the office to alert me. Now that’s keeping an eye on things.”

“Power self storage goes out of their way to make sure you are happy with the right storage space for your personal and physical needs.Being disabled, i needed a space closer to the gate then where i was .upstairs far away.I was on a list for months. They constantly kept me in mind when units came available. Then when it finally happened they made the transition easy and painless. Even giving more time then necessary to get out of the old unit. They made what could have been a very stressful situation, turn into a smooth operation. Abd i didnt even break my bank to do it. Thank you to the whole staff at ventura victoria power self storage. “This is the best storage with the most security and kindest people working there. I had a unit with them for 6 years. I ended up moving out of state and always worried about my stuff but Michael, Janet and Kim took great care of everything and answered all of my crazy questions I randomly had. The facilities are clean and well monitored. It was a bittersweet moment moving out because I had a great experience at this storage but I no longer needed to keep my stuff there. Thank you all for the wonderful years of keeping my stuff safe !”

“Allstate packed our household goods and stored them for a year. I am very particular about documentation and proper packing. The team was incredibly patient with me during the pack-out process and they were extra thorough in packaging and labeling everything. High-end tools, silverware, and family heirlooms were well packed and returned free of any damage or theft. Jessica was responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the year-long process. I would trust them again with our move if it were necessary.”

“Ken, John, Jaime, and the entire crew at coast have been a pleasure to work with over the last decade.I've read the reviews from people complaining about the price hikes. To them I say, inflation (food, water, power, gas) property tax and maintenance!! This place has top notch gated security with cameras throughout, as well as beautiful grounds and always has freshly paved roads. If you want a nice, clean secure place to store your prize possessions, Coast is the best!!If you want "Cheap", go park your rig in a dirt lot somewhere and good luck!!”

“In March 2023 I hired Hilford Moving to relocate items from one location to another, only to find that another company that we had previously hired left quite a mess behind. We had Noe's crew for the move, and you could not ask for a more professional, friendly and thoughtful group of guys. They were true experts, going with the flow and allowing me the time to do a full inventory of every item (while I had notified them ahead of time that we needed extra time for this, it was quite a task that they were more than willing to accommodate and assist with). We had a couple of surprises that required an additional day on the books which they arranged for me before I could even call the office. The office was also very helpful and accommodating, and handled all of our paperwork and requests seamlessly. I strongly recommend Hilford for your moving needs, and will use them again. And ask for Noe's crew - they're the BEST!”
