“We had major issue with Amerigas - bakerfield that we ended up cancelling our account and switched to Western Propane. Fantastic customer service at Western - Lebac. Our tank was empty (which heats our house, stove and water heater) -- Amerigas failed to fill it and after 3 days could not get them to come out to fill it. We are located in an area that winters are cold and they could care less that we had no heat. Western schedule deliver the next day -- making us a priority given our situation.”
