Gorgeous sweeping views of the mountains and valley, excellent morning sunlight and a big, quiet space. Beautiful amenities and a super responsive maintenance team. Truly luxury living. “I've really enjoyed living at this beautiful gated property directly on the promenade in Ventura. A few steps to the beach, fairgrounds, pier and a short walk downtown which makes it very convenient. Shari, the property manager helped us move here from Germany and was with us every step of the way, making it so much easier for us compared to other properties where you are treated like a number and maybe never have contact to a person. Shari is respectful, kind, caring and understanding of the residents' needs. Adrian who is helping on the grounds is also great. Together they make a great team- taking care of the residents. Don't forget the pool and surfing- making it the perfect place to stay!”
