HolistaPet
6048 Triangle Dr, CommerceCouldn’t have been happier to stumble across Holistapet- their product range and commitment to using only the best ingredients for my pup is admirable. I got the CBD soft chews, oil and treats and to my surprise, my super picky pup can’t get enough of them! Love this company and recommend to all my fellow pups parents.

Pet Grooming
Balanced Dog Grooming
1323 Venice Blvd., VeniceSuch a wonderful place! I’ve been to a few grooming places and this is the first time I felt like I want to go back! They were so nice about fitting us in even though it was last minute and we were running late. They take in to account what the dog truly needs and won’t over charge if something wasn’t necessary. They are so sweet to the animals and keep their emotional needs in mind especially since our dog gets nervous! It felt like family from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend if you’re looking through your options, it’s worth the price!

Venice Dog Boarding - The Next Best Thing to Home Sweet Home
1748 Washington Way, VeniceJan allowed us to enjoy our vacation as we knew our precious beasts were being taken care of by the ABSOLUTE BEST PERSON! She loved and cared for our 2 dogs as if they were her own. Jan sent us 2-3x's daily photos and updates on Harry and Maggie's stay during our 2+ week vacation. The day stay and overnight pricing is quite reasonable especially given the attention the dogs receive. Jan also limits the quantity of dogs she watches to ensure quality of care. This is the first time our dogs have had overnight boarding and NOT come home angry/pouty about being left with someone else. We highly recommend Jan!!

Teddy’s Red Tacos Venice
46 Windward Ave, VeniceFrom start to finish Teddy’s was a 10/10. I got the deluxe plate and was not disappointed in the least. Everything was made to perfection and the consume was wonderful. The salsa had the perfect kick to it and you can’t beat the staff and ambience. I unfortunately am only visiting the area so I’ll just have to dream about eating their tacos on repeat.

Flake
513 Rose Ave, VeniceI wish there was more seating, that said… the food was SO GOOD! This was one of the tastiest meals we had. It was breakfast on our way to roam around Venice and it was really good. I highly recommend it but know you will likely be eating in your car, if you don’t mind that you will love it.

La Isla Bonita
400 Rose Ave, VeniceThis is on the upper end of Taco food trucks, but it’s absolutely worth the price. I had the shrimp tostada and the mahi mahi taco. Both were excellent. I walked away from that truck promising myself I come back again.Really good food and worth a hike, would recommend driving and eating out of your trunk.

Forma Restaurant & Cheese Bar Venice
110 Navy St, VeniceI think the key to dining at Forma is to understand that everything you order should be shared with everyone at your table. You can't come here and get a pizza or a bowl of pasta or a cheese tray and eat it alone; that's just weird. You have to come with a group of friends, split a few entres, share a bottle of wine and chat and enjoy your dinner. There are like steaks and burgers and chicken sandwiches and stuff on the menu as well, and yeah you kinda can't those. These items are fine if you're stopping in for lunch by yourself or something, but I advise to skip these if you're on a date or with a group of people and just get a bunch of shareables. Pro tip: pasta dishes are smaller portions here now than they were about a year ago, but they're also cheaper than they were, so you get to order more and try more! Wait staff is amazing btw; they treat each table very well and I've never had a problem here.

Sinners & Saints Desserts
2547 Lincoln Blvd, VeniceCute dessert shop with a nice selection of pasteries. I love how everything comes in a mini version so you can try a variety of things. A couple of things we got were gluten free (the cheesecakes and one of the cupcakes) and they were delicious and had good texture. We tried raspberry cheesecake, marble cheesecake, vanilla tart, chocolate caramel tart, chocolate raspberry tart, vanilla cupcake, red velvet cupcake, oreo cupcake, and brownie. (All minis)
