He reached out and said although they do usually requested pictures for product issues he was happy to send me new sheets. The prompt response from the CX team manager and his offer to help make things right was much more aligned with the customer service I was hoping to receive during my initial call to customer service. I appreciate the manager reaching out and his efforts to help with this quality issue.”
