Price negotiated is the amount paid when they were finished with the job. They wrapped items that needed to be wrapped and provided safe moving at no additional cost. Will use them again!”

“This company is very accommodating for the changes and reliable in delivering. I had 4 different destinations with my move. Accidentally thing got mixup with 2 boxes. They are nice enough to add and bring back the 2 boxes from California to Texas and back to California. I recommended this Kobe moving. .the movers are friendly, we have no broken stuff.”

“I've used them twice now. Both times they were on time, quick and gave us a good/fair price. The firs time the carefully maneuvered around our furniture to remove a sectional and the second time they removed a ton of junk we placed in our driveway and did a great job cleaning up. Also very courteous!”
“I had the pleasure to work with NJBM and Michael who runs the operations. I moved from a complex living facility in the Americana which required a white glove approach to situate the insurance and move. Michael was able to make that happen very easily. It's clear this company is professional and puts customers first. I was able take my expensive furniture out of a big condo and put into my new house without any damage or problems. Thanks again.”
“I have only had good experiences here. I have had a storage unit here now for 3 years and the prices are better than anywhere else. And they have only increased the prices over the 3 years very minimally. The help I have received from the guys in the office has been great. They also rent various size Uhauls for very reasonable prices. My only complaint is their hours of operation but it's no secret, you know the hours before you rent the unit so you're aware from the beginning...”
“Storage facility is clean and properly managed. Great customer service and manager Diana is there to assist when needed. I have never encountered issues at site as I did at a previous storage company!!! Two thumbs up for the Van Nuys location.”

“I have used college men movers twice over the years. I had a great experience each time. They were very professional and took their time moving things so my furniture was not damaged. I left my belongings in their storage for some time without paying them (I didn't have the money to pay the storage amount, I understand that's on me.) My belongings were suctioned or sold I guess. It would have been great if someone would have called me to let me know...hey all of your property is about to be auctioned. But again I take responsibility for that since I didn't pay the bill. I lost alot of family photos, I think that is what bothered me most. Anyways, I gave them 5 stars because they did a good job with the move. I didn't want to take away from that. I lost my stuff because I didn't pay the money. I would think that it could be great if the owners could save photo albums though. It doesn't hold value for some else but the photos really meant a lot to me. That's my only piece of feedback.”

“I had a hard time looking for the perfect company to help me out, luckily PacRat was the solution. I had moved from Texas to California 1month ago and they helped me out with everything. They made the process easy and effective, the manager was super helpful and explained everything to me and they had great deals. The driver that helped me out that day was super nice. Glad i made the move with them and glad to say im closer to family because of them. I HIGHLY recommend them to make ur stress to stress free. If i could i would give more stars, i would definitely contract them again.”
“Yessi is by far one of the best employees I've dealt with at any uhaul in the valley, she went above and beyond for me and my brother. When i tell you that whole 15-20 min experience was the best customer service i have ever received im not exaggerating. Having an employee like her makes it enjoyable to go to major companies, i could have went a little more expensive but a lot less headache with an offer up ad or craigslist ad but she made it very enjoyable as long as shes working there we will be coming back!!!!!
