“Yesterday was our big move. We lived on the second floor of an apartment complex, and we were moving to a house 15 mins away. I was very nervous to have my husband and family do this big move since I have big and bulky furniture with a lot of glass and mirror details. They came and wrapped everything and started to carry them from the hallway down to the garage and out to the street where the truck was parked. There they organized everything by putting all the glasses in separate areas and tied everything up to not tip and fall. Once we came to our house, they unloaded and organized everything in all the rooms. No scratches or dents anywhere on my furniture or house. Our whole moving process took approximately 4 hours. And they made it less stressful for us. I am so happy with the job they did and will recommend them to others. Thank you guys.”

First, unlike many other movers, Allstate respects the importance and accuracy of an in-home estimate. Joe was on time, was extremely thorough, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We received a very fair estimate along with a written inventory list of our items to be moved. I would definitely recommend Allstate for your next move.”

“We were able to book our rental over the phone. It was easy convenient and a really good deal. Our pick up location was at The Home Depot in Van Nuys, CA. They were awesome and accommodating. We were supposed to have a dolly but this one didn't have it but we were refunded for that portion. Unlimited miles and it's a diesel truck, the mileage wasn't terrible at all. Drop off was at another Home Depot out of state, same great customer service and returning was a breeze. Penske was simple easy and affordable. Definitely recommend”

“I just want to say I did not use this company, but when I was calling around getting quotes I had spoke to one of their representatives, told them how I had used North American Movers and they never showed and he told me how they heard that all the time about how they screw people over. I got a quote from a company called Mission Transport and was telling him how they could get here a few days sooner than what they quoted, and he proceeded to tell me about mission transport, and how many trucks they had and mileage logged with the DOT, but said they would probably take good care of me, and had nothing bad to say. This really put my mind at ease, when he isn't trash talking a competitor just to try and get my business and is completely honest, it shows me how professional they are and that they really are putting customers first. I did go with the other company only due to the time frame, if they would have had an opening I would've hired them in a heartbeat. Thank you My Profesional Movers for being so honest and professional, I just wanted to give you the recognition you deserve.”

“I contacted International Van Lines to set up a move from Hawaii to Florida, but turns out they book other companies to do the work. The packing crew that came from a third party company in Hawaii was young and inexperienced and there is unnecessary breakage at the other end. But they were cheerful and honest, and that's important, too. Sophia kept us informed as our household goods moved across the ocean and the Mainland. The driver of our truck, Nick, called to give me a window of time for the delivery, which I appreciated. Nick and Jeff arrived on time and in contrast to the company in Hawaii, were very experienced and professional. They are the reason for this 5 star rating. These guys are the best!!!! And they are local to Florida. I don't plan to move again, but if I do, Move Happy will get the call.”
