I read reviews on a lot of the Metro by T-Mobile stores in the area, but there were only a few stores this highly rated. (Wanted to avoid any unpleasant encounters with rude, salespeople). “I was first squinted with Alfonso over the phone after I called the corporate location in panorama because the employee working at the location thats 2 min from me was worthless. I called over to the corporate office and Alfonso answered the phone. He listened to my situation and had a solution for everything that was going wrong and told me to come in to his branch and he would take care of what I was told was the impossible. Himself and his manager were very kind and helpful, also extremely accommodating. He followed through with what he told me over the phone and made sure I left with what I came for. Thank you for taking customer service literally and taking that extra time to satisfy customers. If you are anywhere near Los Angeles and you need a metro store, it's worth your travels to make it over to the panorama city location corporate office.”
