I had recently upgraded my phone and Alma was the one who helped me real quick. Being the only English speaking staff at the time there she helped me and others that came into the store at a timely and upbringing manner. It was a quick service and one that helped a lot.
Thanks to Alma for all the help and excellent customer service that she gave to me, I have gone to other places of metroPCS, and really this is one of the best locations I have attended, thank you so much again Alma!
