So disappointed. Employees are only empowered to up-sell. I have not been able to reach them by the new phone they sold me.Each encounter with TMobile stores has been the same.They slam more charges each time they get a credit card.

Daniel the manager of this store was an amazing person. He was so helpful and very patient with me. I will definitely be doing everything at this store. Daniel was a wonderful experience and went out of his way for me . I recommend people go to this store.

Website is always down so you can't pay your bill. Then they charge you to pay in store even though the website is trash and their fault
