I have an amazing experience very helpful nice from Gagan and Nadeem the best custumer service. I went to the store and bought a phone and they gave me a lot of free stuffs.

New management, dirty store, English is not first language, asked for a specific phone, given wrong one, refused to exchange and nasty to customers. Close it down.

So disappointed. Employees are only empowered to up-sell. I have not been able to reach them by the new phone they sold me.Each encounter with TMobile stores has been the same.They slam more charges each time they get a credit card.
