“It was a very long wait for the car. I had to down size. About a week ago I booked a 12 seater. An agent called the morning early and informed me that they don't have that vehicle. This time around no call only to get to the counter to be told that it's not available. Not enough staff to help. Or maybe it was just an unusual ? busy day.

Late October of 2021 I got into a fender bender accident, unfortunately for me a week before the accident I have changed the fully coverage to just the legal coverage by the law.. so I ll be paying out pocket; any how a friend of mine Sofia recommended the shop since she has used their services I decided to send my BMW to them... I got the white glove and #1 Customer service by the owner and his team. my car look like new two weeks after and sherry on top they deliver my car to my driveway, Thank you Tony and team, Sincerely one of your very happy Customers.”

“We love using Budget Car Rental!!! Great cars for very reasonable prices. Caesar at their location on Van Nuys Blvd. is so knowledgeable and friendly. Last time, he gave us a free upgraded car just because one was available. Also, if you want to get your deposit back 3 business days after you return your car, Budget Car Rental is the place for you! We originally came to Budget after having to wait almost 30 days to get our rental deposit back with Enterprise. Enterprise gave us the run-around and their employees were non-helpful/rude once the car was turned back in.
Give Budget a try!! They have great prices and they’re straight shooters.”

“I write few reviews. But Paul Francisco who attended to me definitely deserves this review. I booked online. When I arrived my rental was ready and the paperwork was minimal. He is very professional with a quick smile. The rentals are new. I had a 2024 Toyota Corolla LE. The return was even easier. Excellent service. The rental was washed with a full tank of gas. I hope you consider this car rental for your future needs. Better than the bigger companies. Ask for Paul. You won’t be disappointed.”
