“My water tankless heater failed on Good Friday, expecting heavy rains Saturday, went to Home Depot and they only had 1 in stock (a brand I've never heard of). Called Ferguson 5 minutes before closing and told them my problem and that I was 3 minutes away, the salesmen said come on down. When I arrived there was someone waiting with the gate partially open, actually knew his stuff and had me in and out in 15 minutes with the brand I wanted and made sure I had everything I might need. They saved my weekend, it's nice to know there are still stores out there who will help a man out in a pinch. Thanks a bunch guys, I really appreciate it!!!”
“GREAT GUYS, GREAT PRICES. Do not give a bad review if you are not a c-20 contractor. they only sell to the trade. (don't be a sore sport because you can't buy here) This protects the hvac trade and doesn't allow unskilled do it yourself types to (play) repair guy. With that said, these guys are great to buy from.”

“While trying to repair a leak on my water pressure regulator I discovered there was a piece broken, I took it to 2 shops looking for a replacement. I was told they didn't carry the part, to buy the repair kit (which I had and didn't include this part), and that I'd have to replace the whole unit. Before giving up I thought I'd try one more time. I called this Ferguson location and spoke to Mike. He tried to help me on the phone which was hard to do so I decided to drive there. Alex was at the counter and he was ready to help. He was working through the problem looking for the solution and Mike came out with the info he had pulled up before I even arrived. They were able to order the correct replacement part. I'm very grateful they were willing to put effort into helping me. They saved me more of a headache and a bunch of money!”

“After leaving a Home Depot store in panorama city unhappy and told that van nuys had the turf I was looking for I was gain disappointed that they did not have the less turf like the system showed. The manager was great and made an executive decision to give me a simulate turf at the same affordable price of the turf I was looking for. Thank you Tony and staff for making my day and taking such good care of me. I spend thousands at Home Depot and this amazing service is why I will visit the van Nuys store more often. Thank you”

“Had a problem with my washer and went to Kimo’s Appliance. James was amazing so friendly and helpful. To helping me look for a new washer and offering to take a look at my old one to see if it was repairable. They are very busy, he was able to squeeze me for an appointment today for the technician to come to my house.The staff very professional keeping in touch with me with a ETA when the technician will arrive to my home. When both technicians arrived they fixed the problem. :). I’m so happy and great full to have found them. Highly recommended this place.”
