I even got a follow up call 2 days later by Rachel to check up on me & see how I was doing.

“I recently had flown back to New York to visit my family and when I returned a few days later came down with COVID. I left word for Dr. Fatima and her staff called me back & scheduled a time to speak with Dr. Fatima and I got the care I needed. I've been with Dr. Fatima for many years and I find her to be a very thorough Dr., very attentive, listens, & doesn't always prescribe medication right away but alternative methods, which I really like.”

“I had an appointment with Dr. Grigoryan today after waiting about three months to be seen. I'm so glad I chose Dr. Grigoryan from the doctors I had screened. From the moment I walked in, her staff was polite and professional. I arrived 15-20 minutes early in case there were additional forms to complete, though I had done everything online, which I greatly appreciated.

After my information was verified, the MAs took my vitals, and Dr. Grigoryan saw me right on time. She spent a solid 45 minutes with me, thoroughly reviewing my chart, family history, and patient history, and genuinely showed interest in what brought me to her as a new patient. She asked all the right questions and was respectful, nice, and attentive. I valued her insights and initial diagnosis of my concerns.

What impressed me even more was that I could do all my lab work right there at her office, rather than going to a separate laboratory. Since I wasn’t fasting, I'll be returning next week for that. The office is welcoming and chic, and parking was super easy. Despite having other patients waiting, Dr. Grigoryan never rushed me, showing her genuine care for patient well-being.

“Since my student health center at my college was not available, I looked for an urgent care nearby. I did a quick search via Yelp and read the reviews for Vermont Urgent Care & Multi Specialty Center and decided to visit their website to schedule an appointment to be seen that day. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour! I called to check what the cost of the initial consultation would be and it was very competitive compared to other urgent cares. I loved how the location was easily accessible via public transportation as I can't even imagine parking in K-Town, lol.Upon arrival I let the receptionist know I was there for my appointment and she gave me a few short forms to fill out. I was paying out of pocket and she let me know the consultation cost and I confirmed I wanted to continue. I was brought back promptly by the nurse who took my vitals. Not more than two minutes later the Dr came in and did my assessment and was able to prescribe the medicine to be picked up at the receptionist desk. I appreciated the Dr's kind. bedside manner and I did not feel rushed.Upon checking out my total was under $100 and I was quite grateful.If I ever need another urgent care visit, I will come back to this clinic!”

“Dr. Massachi has a remarkable ability to make you feel comfortable and cared for, even during the most challenging health issues. I came to him as a second opinion in regards a health concern I had but immediately realized I should've come to him as my Primary care physician. Not only did him & his staff take the time to understand my concerns, answer my questions, and explain complex medical information to me but they also took the time to further research a Pharmacy that had the proper medication available as soon as possible closer to my home. “I came in skeptical of the practice due to reviews but I my need of relief overcame the skeptisim.The receptionist was very nice and warm. She made the check in easy even if they didn't take my insurance. It was worth the 135 dollars. The nurse who took my vitals was amazing. She asked what was my reason for visiting and what concerns I had. I didn't have to wait too long. I went in roughly 6:40pm and came out 8:10 pm. If I had went to the E.R I would've spend hours just waiting. As for the attending doctor,I think her name might have been Christine. She was amazing. She helped me where 3 other doctors failed to hear me out. Same day relief and listened to my concerns in regards to our plan of attack for my stubborn ear infection that I had ongoing for four months. I know now where to go if I have any problems where the E.R or my primary cant/ won't resolve. Will be reccomending to anyone that needs urgent care.”

“My last visit was not so great. I brought my dear sweet Mother here. She was very ill. It took the receptionist over an hour for us to be seen by a doctor. Her name was Alli. She was rude and dismissive. I got the feeling she was a racist. My Mother and I are African Americans. We finally saw NP Cristina. She was cool. Overall I give our experience here a C+. Dr Yong also takes the time to answer and explain all your medical issues. When you leave her office you have a greater understanding about any health care problems you may have.”

Dr. Jennifer Logan is my go-to doctor, and even though I moved 6 hours away, I was willing to drive there recently to see her and get my physical. What a delight, Dr. Logan makes my medical visits a thoroughly comprehensive wellness experience. She truly listens and always gives the least risky and most reasonable medical advice. (Regretfully, can't say the same thing about her admin staff, and hope they can improve). Kudos to Dr. Logan and the physicians at this practice!”

“Unfortunately been here twice in the past week.. but that's another story. Let's focus on the establishment and their services. I was greeted kindly, and efficiently. The exchange of insurance, information, and paperwork was done in a timely manner, then was led into one of the exam rooms which was clean and tidy. Nurse took vitals and basic info then the doctor came in not too long after that. Got a thorough, attentive and professional evaluation, at which point was recommended a shot. believe it or not, adults get a little nervous too and need to hold someone's hand. I was fortunate enough to have a super nice nurse and very special person there by my side, so Thank you D.S! Free parking lot is always a plus. ..and, yes.. I'll be ok :)”

“Stopped in today for a primary care visit. Mary at the front desk was incredibly helpful with a problem that came up with our insurance. She went above and beyond, sitting on hold with and calling the nearly 5 different insurance lines we were re-directed about. I cannot say enough good things about her competence, perseverance, composure, generosity, and compassion. Doctor Barseghian came out to help and provide options as well as advice. Her attitude was so kind, gracious, and caring--you can tell that she is passionate about providing care to all. Her demeanor made the extremely difficult situation feel not so dire. “With several decades of experience, as an impatient patient, I feel qualified to judge the quality of my health care providers. I've also learned that in life one almost always needs to qualify their judgments and opinions, with the phrase, "so far". In my 16 years living in L.A., I had not found a primary care doc who I felt was a keeper. A few months ago I asked a neighbor if he knew of someone and he recommended Dr. Patricia Y. Chang, who practices family medicine at UCLA. Dr. Chang has been at UCLA for around 5 years and practiced in Canada for around 20 years prior. I believe her Canadian training is beneficial to her patients, as Canada seems to be superior, in training physicians to understand and treat the whole person. In the roughly 3 months and 3 visits I've had with Dr. Chang, I am convinced that she is top notch, as a physician, and, no less importantly, as a person. Dr. Chang is extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, responsive (i.e., between visits) and caring. She also understands how all our systems (body and mind) are connected. In listening to my medical history, Dr. Chang identified a relatively rare issue, which no one has ever thought of or explored and very few would. "So far", I expect that Dr. Patricia Y. Chang will be one of the best physicians I have ever consulted.”

“I go here for all my mental, medical and pharmaceutical needs. They have a lot of clients though so appointments (especially psych) are sometimes hard to acquire. Any benefits out-weigh the issues. By far!”
