“I recently moved at the Terrace, and I have to say I'm really happy with my experience. Timea, the building manager, has been a tremendous support throughout the application and the moving process. She followed up with me to make sure I was settling in okay, and she even surprised me with flowers on my birthday! I love living in a property managed by a company that cares about its tenants. My unit is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities I was looking for. The property has a pool and a gym, and everyone is friendly. Plus, you can't beat the location. “I love living here the apartments are beautiful and nice. Yes the price is high but lots of amenities that are great, garage parking, security, pool and jacuzzi, awesome gym. The repair man is always helpful and quick. The office manager is great and super nice. Easy lease renewals and great options for apartments. This place is always clean and usually quiet. The group barbecue is great state of the art and the people that live here are so nice.”

“Took off one star because my apartment wasn’t move in ready and a few things had to be fixed that I discovered once I moved in. Most issues were fixed in a couple weeks. Some maintenance requests are fixed quickly others have taken a long time, some some fixes done unprofessionally. The paint job in some areas in the apartment were unprofessional/messy when you look closer, but from a far everything looks decent.clean nice building, had an amazing experience moving into the building. Bianca is an excellent property manager - she helped me lease my apartment, was patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process, from the viewing to deciding the specific apartment number/location, and then walking me through the leasing process.”
