“I write few reviews. But Paul Francisco who attended to me definitely deserves this review. I booked online. When I arrived my rental was ready and the paperwork was minimal. He is very professional with a quick smile. The rentals are new. I had a 2024 Toyota Corolla LE. The return was even easier. Excellent service. The rental was washed with a full tank of gas. I hope you consider this car rental for your future needs. Better than the bigger companies. Ask for Paul. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Ivan, Freddy, and the whole team were very kind and helpful. The car we initially reserved got in an accident the day before but DriveLa made it very easy to switch to a different one. The car was clean when we picked it up and had half a tank of gas. Needless to say the driving experience was amazing and I would 100% come back again. Best birthday ever!”

“We rented a car in the month of April and our experience was superlative. Primarily, our rental consisted on a Toyota SUV which, due to the lack of it, was upgraded to a BMW X1 without any additional cost. During the whole process we were assisted by Gerrell, who was not only extremely attentive but also very considerate upon all our requests, having to mention also he seemed a very kind person himself. The whole of the staff was really supportive and, although Gerrell conducted most of it, helped to solve our overall doubts and needs. All in all, I would rank this experience a 10, given that we also had no inoconvenients with the car during our 3 week roadtrip.”

“You need to know that Simcha Kagan at Universal Car Leasing & Sales is a magician. He found the perfect car for me, gave terrific advice, and was a pleasure to work with. Because of him we were able to pay less than half of the percentage that our local dealer would have charged us for financing and even with that we ended up with a new car instead of a pre-owned car. “Jonathan is the GOAT when it comes to car rentals. My LA trip was so smooth and all thanks to his help. The car we got was a Jeep that was everything we could have dream of to make this trip memorable. Pick-up and hand-off can be usually stressful but none of that here, Jonathan made it all a breeze. “Bought my RAV4 here. Alex took great of me. I got the quote from him through internet pricing and it was $2K more discount than CA Toyota. That save me the time haggling. Be sure you know what you want in your vehicle and ask question. When you see the finance don't buy any extras they try to offer you unless you like to throw away your money.”
