Juan has great customer skills and knows how to keep a customer notified when the truck is ready to be picked up and rented. He made sure to not make me feel rushed and answered all my questions. The walk around the truck to check for damages was Very thorough. He made sure I pointed out all dents and scratches that were visible. Juan Del Rio. You are one of a kind in today's customer services.”

“The man who works here is SUPER nice!!! Highly recommend this location just based off of great customer service. Renting a U-haul was expensive, though. Avoid it if possible and find a friend, family, or neighbor with a truck if you aren't moving a whole house.”
“I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that would ask if I know the best U-Haul location or the best place to get a truck for rent this location in mission Avenue is by far way beyond any other facility that I have been to and I’ve rented a lot of U-Haul trucks, this facility is always kind informative they’re on top of their game. Their vehicles are always ready to go. Your reservations are always on point and I love all the staff. I would highly recommend. !!!”
“When traveling via car I always try to make a point to rent from Avis. Luckily they usually have the cheapest options as well. Michael is a legend. He's very friendly and takes care of his loyal customers. Only issue I've ever had is one evening they ran out of cars, but they were able to forward our reservation with another car rental company for the same prices”
“I rented a truck from Budget Truck Rental and did immediately run into a snag in that the car I had reserved ahead of time was not at the original destination. I ended up driving to another Budget Truck Rental (2040 Auto Parkway) and they ended up helping me out. The rental representative was very courteous and professional. The truck was made available shortly after I got there. I also ran into another problem in that I needed the truck for an extra day, and this location was able to accommodate. It's interesting to see all of the bad reviews but I certainly didn't have the same problems they did.”

“I never knew this rental place existed! They worked with my collision center to secure me a vehicle while my car was being worked on Yensenia and Tom were amazing! Helped me from beginning to end. I ended up renting a little silver Corolla which I fell in love with. Nice comfy and great on gas! Will use them in the future again! Thanks Green Leaf Rental!”
