The walk around the truck to check for damages was Very thorough. He made sure I pointed out all dents and scratches that were visible. Juan Del Rio. “I needed a one day boomlift rental for a bee removal job 50 feet up on a roof, I called every rental company in the area to get quotes and see who could actually get what I needed, most of the other companies didn't want to deal with my one day rental, or quoted me at $650-850 for one day with delivery. I got ahold of Rick over at AJ Rental and he gave me his personal cell number and got me a one day rental with delivery and pickup for under $500!! Very happy with the speed at which he worked to help me with my problem and I'm impressed by their ability to work around my schedule, thanks for helping me save the bees! Will be calling here first the next time I need ariel equipment”

“I rented a truck from Budget Truck Rental and did immediately run into a snag in that the car I had reserved ahead of time was not at the original destination. I ended up driving to another Budget Truck Rental (2040 Auto Parkway) and they ended up helping me out. The rental representative was very courteous and professional. The truck was made available shortly after I got there. I also ran into another problem in that I needed the truck for an extra day, and this location was able to accommodate. It's interesting to see all of the bad reviews but I certainly didn't have the same problems they did.”

“When traveling via car I always try to make a point to rent from Avis. Luckily they usually have the cheapest options as well. Michael is a legend. He's very friendly and takes care of his loyal customers. Only issue I've ever had is one evening they ran out of cars, but they were able to forward our reservation with another car rental company for the same prices”

“I absolutely love this place, The customer service, the prices, and the cars. Luckily I got to interact with everyone which was such a nice experience because I got a ride from Kia to greenleaf by Bryan and he was so nice on the way to our destination, then when I got to Greenleaf Sebastian was there to help me with my rental but he had to go and then Yesenia took over and both experiences with Sebastian and Yesenia were amazing, super nice. Lastly once I rented my car Sarah went outside with me to take pictures of the car and making sure it was clean and ready for me to go, she was super nice as well. Overall this was all a great experience here at Greenleaf rent a car and I 100 percent recommend this place to everyone it was amazing and I can’t wait to rent another car here :)”
